Here at Le Choix our wellness assessment or evaluation includes a comprehensive symptom survey, stress profile and hair/nail bio-resonance analysis to identify where you have energetic stressors in your body and mind.  After doing the assessments and evaluation, we will produce for you a wellness plan to help you with your wellness journey. Final cost is dependent on the recommended treatment plan. There are discounts for package purchases and payment plans are an option.

Assessment or evaluations can be done in-person or virtually with hair and nail  bio-resonance analysis.

After your evaluation you will be given a recommended treatment plan. Depending on your plan will depend on what therapeutics or modalities we will use and for how long. Remember: You commit to your health, and we promise to be committed to you!

This program will provide you with stress relievers that will not require a lot of investment of time or thought.

Our stress management program offers a range of strategies to help you learn how to better self-regulate your nervous system for great resiliency. Managing stress can help you lead a more balanced and healthier life.

Is your teen wired for struggle? Does your teen need help with coping skills? 

Anytime – during the day or night – that our brain is more active in the survival part, we do not have efficient connections to the parts of the brain that allow us to focus, engage, problem solve and stay emotionally grounded. Being emotionally hijacked or having a dysregulated nervous system can drain our internal battery and make life challenging to navigate.

This is a 6 week program. Each week, your teen will have an in-person or online video therapy session. Between sessions there will be exercises and videos to watch. To kick-off the six week program, there will be an initial evaluation that includes a "Cognitive Ability" assessment.

The Community Room is a resource for members. We do need to know about your situation before allowing you to use the equipment. Many of our tools have contraindications and it would be irresponsible of us to not make you aware of these if they applied.   For this reason we need to have done an evaluation, and you need to be oriented to the way the tools work.

Some tools come with the membership and are at no extra cost. Other tools require a minimal monthly subscription for the best deal. Your plan will be determined during your orientation.

We put on a Holistic Health Fair (Holistic Happy Hour) once a quarter so that our community can learn and experience what Le Choix has to offer them! We welcome everyone to participate in our Holistic Health Fair. Because we have so many people interested in this experience, we ask that everyone intending to attend sign-up for a particular time slot our scheduling system.

 Can we use HSA cards to cover these check-ups?

       Yes. We are set up to accept HSA cards

Do I have to use a special phone for the FSR’s?

      Yes, an android gets the best results. Using the headsets we recommend           

      allows for the frequencies to be transmitted. Ear buds do not have this.

Can non-members have access to the Drop-In program?

      Unfortunately no. This is a program exclusively for LeChoix members. 

      Membership comes with an agreement and bestows protection and rights to 

      the members and providers. If someone wishes to be a member, going 

      through a discovery visit is a good way to find out more.

What if I want to check more than one system?

     Each system requires an appointment and the forms to be completed. 

     If the are more than 4 systems, it may be more economical to do a 

     multi-area scan.

What is an FSR?

     Frequency Specific Resonance. Sound that has the specific remediating 

     frequency for what we find on the scan.
